A movie theatre or cinema theatre is actually a container or neutral space. It is said that it serves as the mode of contact between the audience and the film. Some of the people are of the view that it is it is a point of transition in between the real world, where the audiences are and the make belief world, which is created on the screen.
To start of with the History of Movie Theatre, it can be said that the movie theaters often are influenced by the movies they screen. In other words, it can be said the popularity of the films are responsible for the popularity of the cinema halls as lots of movies run for a long time thus in the process making the theatres popular.
Cinema screening were first started in the beer halls and the cabarets. In France, the animals of circus used to line at the entrance and in Britain, the halls had an echoing effect on the pier. In some of the movie halls of past time, the structures were temporary and often dismantled after the screening. Some of the places used for showing these movies were fairgrounds, squares and public gardens. The concept of a particular movie theatre was not introduced till then.
